The Lopez Bookshop book club is open to everyone who has read the book! Join us October 1st at 6:30PM here at the shop to gather and discuss two books that demonstrate the theory and practice of excellent literature for children (and wise adults) Make Believe by Mac Barnett and The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo.
Book club meetings are monthly and we sell the book (or books) for the month to come at a 15% discount. Readers may come to any meeting that sounds interesting and skip any that don’t, all are welcome! Please let us know if you would like to be added to the mailing list for book club news.
